Shipping Policy

Free shipping, worldwide

Every gear order ships free, to the United States and internationally. There is no minimum order.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We don't process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 6–13 business days after processing. Delivery to remote areas can take a few days longer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.

Digital products

Trail guides, GPX route collections, checklists and planners are delivered instantly. You'll get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Nothing is shipped.

Delays

Shipments can occasionally be delayed by customs, weather or carrier volume. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we'll look into it.
